When booking your car, you will be asked to provide us your flight number so that our driver can monitor your flight status. If your flight is delayed, our driver will wait for you and no penalty will be charged. Please, be informed that you may be charged a penalty in case your flight has arrived on time but you have run (extremely) late for personal reasons.
